To submit your warranty service request please fill out the online warranty request form or download the printable warranty request form which can be sent via US mail.
Contact our Emergency Hotline number for your location only under the following emergency circumstances:
• Total loss of heat (not air conditioning)
• Total loss of electricity (call power company first)
• Total loss of water (check with water company first)
• Plumbing leak requiring main valve shut off
• Gas leak (call Northwest Natural first)
• Sewer backup (not a plugged toilet )
