Once the money is in the bank we have found that the builder often times becomes very uneager to work with you. Slow on return calls, no return calls, dates to fix things get missed or pushed back, when things are fixed they don't meet our expectations. To our surprise our experience with JLS was nothing like we ever imagined. We actually got return calls, somebody actually picked up the phone when we called. Our move in punch list was finished in two days. Throughout the year if things came up to be fixed or looked at somebody was scheduling an appointment for that work within two days. When it was time for the one year warranty JLS finished the items on our list in 3 days after we contacted them. I will tell you JLS was still working for our business.
